Cancellation and Refund Policy
Red Bluff RV Park Has So Much To Offer!
While we hope you’ll be able to honor your reservation and come camp with us, we understand sometimes things change. If you need to cancel, please contact us during office hours at 530-529-2929. Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations by email.
We offer full refunds with a $10 service charge for all reservations canceled 72 hours prior to arrival date. No refunds will be issued if reservation is canceled less than 72 hours before arrival.
Campers who don’t call or show for their reservation will be canceled without a refund of their deposit.
No refunds due to weather or early departure.
Early and Late Arrivals
Guest check-in for campsites is 12 p.m. It’s strongly suggested not to arrive before 12 p.m. as there may be a wait before the reserved site becomes available. All sites are assigned in advance, and you will not be permitted to take an “open site” if arriving prior to 12 p.m. Early arriving guests are encouraged to call prior to check on availability.
Guests arriving after our office closing time (5 p.m.) must stop at the main office and pick up a packet with instructions for late check in. If you’re having trouble with site hookups or other maintenance issues after our office closes, please report them after the office opens the following morning. We do not perform maintenance repairs at night. Late arrivals will be charged our regular nightly rate regardless of arrival time.
