GENERAL RV POLICIES

Check out time for ALL guests is 12 p.m. This includes guests with other ranges of stay. Additional charges will apply after 12 p.m. Please contact the park manager if you wish to stay longer. Management will certainly try to accommodate you.

We offer daily, weekly and long-term stays. Long-term stays require a minimum stay of 3 months or more in order to reside in our community. Residency application is required for long term stays.

You are allowed 2 vehicles, but they must fit within your rental site. Park in designated areas. Please do not park in the street, on the grass or in empty spaces. Please do not allow your guests to park in the street, on the grass or in empty spaces.

Utility trailers, boats, quads, snowmobile, etc., are not allowed to be stored at RV sites. However, residents have the option to rent storage for these vehicles for a fee. Storage is subject to availably and management approval.

Washing of personal vehicles and RVs is allowed – no harsh chemicals and be mindful of the amount of water used. It is prohibited to wash work trucks, big rig trucks, ATVs, boats, utility trailers and/or excessively oily machinery.

Only barbecues with charcoal or gas fires are Ok. Open fires or wood fire barbecues are strictly prohibited. If you are using a propane barbecue, please be sure to secure the tank properly.

To maintain our peaceful park, generator usage is not allowed inside the park. Quiet hours are from 8 p.m. until 8 a.m. daily.

All pets must be walked on a short leash, including cats. Pets may not be tied up outside, unless owner is in attendance of pet. Pets must always be on a leash when outside. Please carry pet disposal bags and immediately pick up and dispose of all pet waste. Aggressive breed animals are not allowed in the park at any time.

Cancellation Policy

While we hope you’ll be able to honor your reservation and come camp with us, we understand sometimes things change. If you need to cancel, please contact us during office hours at 530-529-2929. Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations by email.

Refund Policy

We offer full refunds with a $10 service charge for all reservations canceled 72 hours prior to arrival date. No refunds will be issued if reservation is canceled less than 72 hours before arrival.

Campers who don’t call or show for their reservation will be canceled without a refund of their deposit.

No refunds due to weather or early departure.

Early and Late Arrivals

Guest check-in for campsites is 12 p.m. It’s strongly suggested not to arrive before 12 p.m. as there may be a wait before the reserved site becomes available. All sites are assigned in advance, and you will not be permitted to take an “open site” if arriving prior to 12 p.m. Early arriving guests are encouraged to call prior to check on availability.

Guests arriving after our office closing time (5 p.m.) must stop at the main office and pick up a packet with instructions for late check in. If you’re having trouble with site hookups or other maintenance issues after our office closes, please report them after the office opens the following morning. We do not perform maintenance repairs at night. Late arrivals will be charged our regular nightly rate regardless of arrival time.

LEGALITIES

Red Bluff RV assumes no responsibility or liability for personal injury, loss or damage to the property of its guests. Please remember to lock up personal items if left unattended. Any damage done to any of the RV resort property will be the financial responsibility of the registered guest.

Red Bluff RV has a zero-tolerance policy for any abusive behavior, language, or rudeness toward any staff member or guest. If you violate this rule, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued.

Rates are subject to change at any time.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone. Your signature on the check-in form acknowledges your agreement to the above rules.
